While adjustments help improve spinal movement, lasting changes depend on how well your body can support and hold that alignment.
ALIGN+ builds on adjustments by improving postural stability and retraining how your body holds alignment and posture throughout the things you do every day.

Why changes don’t always hold
Improving how your spine moves is an important first step, but it’s not the only part of the picture.
For changes to last, your body also needs the stability to support that alignment throughout the day.
Without that support, the your spine and body posture can start to gradually return to familiar patterns, especially during long periods of sitting, standing, or daily activity.
