SLEEPALIGN

SUPPORT YOUR SPINE WHILE YOUR BODY RECOVERS

SleepALIGN focuses on how your neck, jaw, and upper body are supported during sleep, helping reduce strain and support better recovery overnight.

You spend nearly a third of your life sleeping. The way your body is positioned and supported during that time can influence how your spine feels and functions the next day.

SleepALIGN is designed to complement your ALIGN+ care by helping your body maintain better alignment during the hours it is meant to recover.

WHY SLEEP SUPPORT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Your body doesn’t stop working when you go to sleep.

it shifts into recovery.

During this time, the position of your neck, shoulders, and spine can influence how your body relaxes, recovers, and prepares for the next day.

If your body isn’t well supported during sleep, it can place unnecessary strain on the neck and upper body, especially over several hours in the same position.

Over time, this can affect how your spine feels in the morning and how easily your body maintains alignment throughout the day.

Supporting your spine during sleep helps your body recover more effectively .not just temporarily, but more consistently over time.

Your jaw, neck, and posture are closely connected.

When the head moves forward, the muscles around the jaw and neck often compensate to help stabilize the head.

Over time this can influence:
• muscle tone under the jaw
• tension around the neck
• the appearance of the lower face and neck

By improving neck support and posture alignment, these muscles can function more efficiently again.

Many patients notice changes in how their neck and jaw feel, and sometimes how they appear as posture improves.

THE SLEEPALIGN FOCUS

SleepALIGN is typically integrated alongside your ALIGN+ program to provide additional focus and support for those who suffer from chronic headaches, jaw misalignment, the cervical spine and the muscles responsible for maintaining healthy neck posture.

When the neck and jaw fall out of alignment, it can influence more than just posture. Tension, clenching, stiffness, and sleep disruption become ongoing issues that can affect development and function.

These changes can also affect breathing patterns, sometimes encouraging mouth breathing instead of healthy nasal breathing. Tension, stiffness, and

SLEEPALIGN focuses on helping the head remain more balanced over the spine while reducing tension around the neck and jaw. improving neck stability and reducing forward head posture, this module helps reinforce the progress being made during your ALIGN+ care program.

The SleepALIGN module may include:

• focused upper cervical spine adjustments
• neck stabilization exercises
• posture re-activation for deep neck muscles
• jaw and neck muscle relaxation techniques
• nasal breathing reset techniques
• posture awareness strategies for daily activities

Together, these elements help support the neck so the head can remain balanced over the spine and posture improvements can stabilize more naturally.

IF YOUR PILLOW DOESN'T FIT, FIND ONE THAT DOES!

Your neck spends roughly one-third of its time in bed. It also spends about one-third of its time in tech-neck position too.

If the cervical spine is not properly supported during sleep, the muscles around the neck and jaw often tighten again overnight, and the spine can gradually fall back into the same stress patterns we are working to improve.

Supporting the neck properly while sleeping helps the spine remain aligned during the hours your body is recovering.
