SUPPORT YOUR SPINE WHILE YOUR BODY RECOVERS
Your body spends nearly one-third of its life sleeping. During this time, your spine should be able to rest, recover, and maintain the improvements being made during care.
If the neck and spine are not properly supported overnight, the muscles around the neck and jaw often tighten again, and the spine may gradually fall back into the same stress patterns.
PostureREST focuses on improving sleep posture so your spine can remain supported while your body recovers.

Your jaw, neck, and posture are closely connected.
When the head moves forward, the muscles around the jaw and neck often compensate to help stabilize the head.
Over time this can influence:
• muscle tone under the jaw
• tension around the neck
• the appearance of the lower face and neck
By improving neck support and posture alignment, these muscles can function more efficiently again.
Many patients notice changes in how their neck and jaw feel, and sometimes how they appear as posture improves.

THE POSTURELIFT FOCUS
PostureLIFT is typically integrated alongside your PostureCORE program to provide additional support for the cervical spine and the muscles responsible for maintaining healthy neck posture.

When the neck and jaw fall out of alignment, it can influence more than just posture. These changes can also affect breathing patterns, sometimes encouraging mouth breathing instead of healthy nasal breathing.

PostureLIFT focuses on helping the head remain more balanced over the spine while reducing tension around the neck and jaw. By improving neck stability and posture awareness, this module helps reinforce the progress being made during your care program.

The PostureLIFT module may include:
• focused cervical spine adjustments
• neck stabilization exercises
• posture re-activation for deep neck muscles
• jaw and neck muscle relaxation techniques
• nasal breathing reset techniques
• posture awareness strategies for daily activities

Together, these elements help support the neck so the head can remain balanced over the spine and posture improvements can stabilize more naturally.

PROPER PILLOW SUPPORT MATTERS for your
neck & jaw alignment
Your neck spends roughly one-third of its time in bed. It also spends about one-third of its time in tech-neck position too.

If the cervical spine is not properly supported during sleep, the muscles around the neck and jaw often tighten again overnight, and the spine can gradually fall back into the same stress patterns we are working to improve.

Supporting the neck properly while sleeping helps the spine remain aligned during the hours your body is recovering.

Start with a posture assessment so we can understand how your spine and posture are currently functioning.
